Bishop Patrick M. Schatzline & Lady Deborah Schatzline are the founders of Daystar Family Church. Through many years of prayer and love, they started the building blocks of the Daystar we see today. In 2004, they passed the torch to their son & daughter-in-love, Pastor Scott & Kristi Schatzline.
Bishop Patrick has also founded Daystar Ministries International (DMI), an apostle network of ministries and churches, both in the U.S. and abroad. He and his wife, Deborah, parter in ministry and have traveled extensively throughout the world preaching and training leaders in the areas of Africa, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, America and Australia. He also fathers and mentors people in ministry and is Bishop over several churches around the world. He is the author of: “Reviving Spiritual Hunger”, a book on spiritual order and personal passion for Jesus Christ. He is also chancellor of Equipped Ministry Institute and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Christian Life Educators Network and Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University. He is a Bishop under Forward in Faith with Dr. Ezekiel Guti as his spiritual father.
